[SOLVED] access to repo timed out

Installed a new pve today and im unable to access the repo:

:~# apt update
...
Ign:5 http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm InRelease
Ign:5 http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm InRelease
Ign:5 http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm InRelease
Err:5 http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm InRelease
  Could not connect to download.proxmox.com:80 (212.224.123.70), connection timed out

cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/proxmox.list
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm pve-no-subscription

telnet times out too.

I have another host in the same RZ walking the same route every thing works fine. Any ideas?
