about network limit speed down and up

before 1 year, we talking about proxmox ve have wish support network proivde more config network device Rate limit up or down set(outboundBandwidth,inboundBandwidth)
this is really good function. wish support. tks
this is issue:
If I have 500 Mbps down/50 Mbps up I'd want to only limit upload.
Many providers offer a download "burst" where download could burst to 10 Gbps, but upload is 1 Gbps, no burst, so I could limit download to say 5 Gbps and upload 500 Mbps

More request for this have appeared on this forum. Maybe there is even a feature request in bugzilla.proxmox.com? Currently, it is not possible yet.
