You can remove storage even if a VM is defined that uses the storage - That should be allowed but there should be a test / warning to state you about to remove storage that has VMs pointing to it or something similar.. Specifically I did NFS store.

Additionally I can't remove the vm after removing the storage except manually removing the .conf file.

ALSO the nfs mount is still mounted even though the storage was removed.
