129 packages can be upgraded. Run 'apt list --upgradable' to see them.

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libpve-common-perl : Breaks: pve-container (< 3.0-9) but 2.0-40 is to be installed
E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.

I think I have hit a similar issue (not sure though it was the same).
I had updated my /etc/apt/sources.list to the new "buster" release, but have not had taken care on the Proxmox side of things.
Check /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pve-install-repo.list and if you have switched to "buster" there as well.
It should look like this:
Code:
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve buster pve-no-subscription
