A question about Proxmox VE installation number

Proxmox VE is used by more than 130,000 hosts in over 140 countries.
My question is how this number 130000 was counted? Is this the number of enterprise subscriptions?
I am just interesting in it.

We have a product network isolated from internet, I'd like to buy subscriptions, do proxmox have resellers in China? and how can we use enterprise repository without direct internet connections?
