A new SAS 6T hard disk has been added. The new 6T hard disk can be seen in the background , But the category and usage recognition, can not be partitioned, and can not be loaded. Hi,

you have to disable the read protection bit.


This command will format (erase all data on this disk) and remove the protection bit.

sg_format /dev/sda --format
