A little issue on 2FA, but maybe not

I creat a TOTP and then diabled.
Like this when I log in.


Then I try
nano /etc/pve/user.cfg

user:root@pam:1:0:::example@mail.com::x:

I deleted the "x" like

user:root@pam:1:0:::example@mail.com:::

Then I can log in without the window "Second login factor required".

Maybe it's a bug or not.
If it is designed like this, please forgive my offense and offer my sincerest apology.

Thanks for the report. There's already a bug report available here[1], but the proposed patch was not ready, but this should be fixed soon.
