[SOLVED] A disk disappeared

Today everything was fine until I rebooted the proxmox node, everything seems unusual.
Now, there is a missing disk

seems that your computer does not "seen" your disk any longer ...
maybe your hd is out of order ...

Try this command :

lsblk | grep disk

Is your disk alive ?

When you reboot, does anything seems to show that the disk is still alive in the POST process ?

it was working, I figured out the issue because the prio 1 VM didn't boot up and when I tried manually it showed me an error related to the storage, but from the command line it shows me there is an issue with this disk
and finally, there is an unknown disk.

I opened a ticket with hetzner too, so they can check as the hetzner tools shows the disk doesn't exist

the issue has been resolved by Hetzner support

I contacted Hetzner to give me more information but they said the hardware is fine and they gave me a health check report. no details about the issue,
