I am trying to install Proxmox 6.2-1 on a Dell Inspiron 14 Gaming 7466. Anytime I boot from a flash drive the boot screen stops at this:

Having read other posts, I believe I need to follow this thread (https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/nuc-drivers-for-intel-ac-9462-wireless.42427/):

Intel wireless driver are property, so you have to enable the non-free repository.

see
https://wiki.debian.org/iwlwifi

This is my first time with Linux and I am having a difficult time understanding where or how to update the list of available packages and install the firmware-iwlwifi package. Where would i do this? Do I need to plug my flashdrive into another computer and change this inside of the flashed file?

Also, am I correct to assume the issue here are the wireless drivers?

Thank you for any patience given to this newbie.
