hello everyone , I have the following configuration exhchange 2019 DAG + cluster PMG , there is a client who sends a newsletter to various addresses and when sending I get the following error
----------------------------------
Remote Server returned '554 5.4.0 <10.161.20.86 #5.4.12 smtp; 554 5.4.12 SMTP; Hop count exceeded - possible mail loop detected on message id
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Check the logs of your PMG and the headers of the message - I assume that the error-message is correct - and that you have configured a mail-loop somewhere...

I hope this helps!

Проверьте журналы вашего PMG и заголовки сообщения - я предполагаю, что сообщение об ошибке правильное - и что вы где-то настроили почтовый цикл...

Надеюсь, это поможет!
I don't understand what the problem might be....
I attach screenshots of my settings
I repeat , the problem is with only one mailbox , the rest of the mail goes as it should

if it's one mailbox - I'd look at that mailbox - maybe it has some forwarding configured, which causes the issue?

If possible please provide logs and configs as textfiles instead of screenshots

I think I realized my mistake, I added the recipient's domain to the relay
