I have some mails in Queue, with error 451 4.4.0
As far as I know, it looks like a DNS issue, bue I did a check, and didn't see any DNS related issues.

What can cause this error else?

Please post all logs from that time-frame - without the information from pmg-smtp-filter (and all others) this cannot be answered.
