4 CPU Subscription=4 Nodes with Single CPU?

I noticed on the Subscription page there are 3 options for Community Subscription:
1. 1 CPU
2. 2 CPUs
3. 4 CPUs.

My question is does 4 CPUs mean 4 seperate nodes with single cpu or 1 node with Quad CPU in it ? If 4 CPU is not limited to single node, i would have liked to see a discount on 4CPUs subscription purchase since it is somewhat bulk.

Can Subscription be transfer to different machine if i am replacing a node?

Does all 4 types subscriptions get the same treatment as far as stability and testing goes, but i get less tech support with lower subscription?
