4.0 beta 2. Partition 2 does not start on physical sector boundary.

After standart installation 4.0 beta 2 i have
"......
Partition 2 does not start on physical sector boundary
........ "
(fdisk.txt).
Is it normal for 4.0 beta 2 ?

Please use gdisk (instead of fdisk).

Do you need to use gdisk to create the first partitions on the disks or just to show the virtual ones?

My physical disks are good and aligned.

However, fdisk -l shows things like this:

Disk /dev/ram9: 64 MiB, 67108864 bytes, 131072 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Partition 3 does not start on physical sector boundary.

And,

Disk /dev/zd240: 12 GiB, 12884901888 bytes, 25165824 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 8192 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 8192 bytes / 8192 bytes
Disklabel type: dos
Disk identifier: 0x6fde7e00
