3 TB Harddisk possible?

Hi,

i installed Proxmox on a 64GB SSD Harddisk.
For the big Data, i want to use a 3TB Harddisk.
Is it possible?
If so, must be considered something special?

I ask because I've heard that some Distributions are not so clear because of the 2TB limit.

just use a gpt partition (ms-dos partition table are limited to 2 TB). I see no problem.
