2.0-57 Upgrade Necessary?

Hi All

I now have version 2.0-57 up and running great. Is it necessary to upgrade to 2.2 and if so what is the procedure?

Linux vmsrv01 2.6.32-11-pve #1 SMP Tue Apr 3 10:21:21 CEST 2012 x86_64
