Quick: A VM disk in a ZFS pool has lost its partitions, most likely due to overwriting. Where did I screw up, and what are my options to recover the data/ the whole VM?

I was doing some networking and had to shutdown my servers, but when I pluged back everything on (like always I have autorestart 1 day per week)
But then.. my windows server wasn't booting up.. this is what I get :
I think the VM image got deleted but I don't...
I clean installed new version of Proxmox 8 beta looking at my tank storage I see that my data is still there from my fileserver.
is there a way I can connect a new file server to that storage?
