VM GPU/PT captures server console and cannot be reset to text mode

Ubuntu 24.04 and Mint 22 - Fail to boot with dual AMD gpu's passed through
Hey guys, I have a bunch of VM's setup and running with dual AMD Radeon VII's passed through. I have each GPU attached to it's own monitor. Everything works great with: PopOS, Arch, Mint 21.3, Ubuntu 22.04.4, Windows 10/11, MacOS. But, when I try to pass both GPU's to Ubuntu 24.04 or Linux...- erickgruis
