question marks

On a brand new 3 nodes cluster the only one who's on DDR5 and i7 14th gen show gray question marks (?) i can ssh on it and after reboot it goes green again. i see severals posts with same threat but no response for help. So i also send my bottle ;) may be someone have an idea ?
