proxmox down and up

is there anybody can help me ? i have getting network eror as in proxmox i got. down for 5 min sometime for 10 min not sure but in day happening 2 or 3 time like totally server disconnect and it's again connect here my log anbody can help me plz i have ssd and non ssd both happening...
