Hi all,
I have a Proxmox PC with a PCI SAS controller with connected 2 (for now) 6TB drives.
I need to use these drives into OMV (VM) and into some other VMs.
Is it better to passthrough the whole PCI card to the OMV VM, manage the disks in it, create the shares and mount them into the other VMs...
i recently changed my main pc and i'd like to try to run proxmox on it, but the CPU does n't have IGPU. is there any way to passthrough one gpu and use the other for proxmox, without totally blacklisting the nvidia driver ?

I have installed PVE 8.1.3 on a Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 with Core I3 6100 (Skylake, Intel HD Graphics 530) and an H110 motherboard. After some experimentation and banging-of-head-against-wall (including having to use a custom EFI shell to modify the BIOS setting for VT-d, which Lenovo decided...
My goal is to have a Virtual Gaming machine running in Proxmox with a dedicated GPU and NVME drive to ensure performance. I understand the limitations and view this as a learning project mostly.
I currently have my GPU in my VM with passthrough. It seems to be working just fine and even handles...

I installed graphic card on my PVE hosts, and I wish my VM can use it. So I configured a PCI(e) passthrough on my PVE cluster. There are three nodes in my cluster , one node installed Tesla K40m, two nodes installed RTX 2080ti. First Tesla K40m node's configuration was pretty smoothly. After...
