    Networking no-carrier state down on eth0 and eth1, but only with Proxmox

    I am installing Proxmox 6.3 on an HP Synergy Blade chassis. It has 40Gb qlogic networking modules. When I install Proxmox 6.2 or 6.3, I notice that 2 of my NICs that I've allocated to management never acknowledge their link. I've tried Ubuntu 20.04, CentOS 8.x, VMware 7.0 and stock Debian 10.6...
