keyboard short for multi language select

Hi, I am currently using KASM VDI and the Language works in KASM as well but the challenge is Keyboard shortcut keys (ctrl + c, Ctrl + v, Etc) don't function in any other language apart from English. If i plan to move my VDI infra from the Kasm to Proxmox will that help to get the keyboard...
