Hey everyone,
I'm having an issue with hotplugging CPUs in Proxmox. Here's what's happening:
Set a limit of 6 vCPUs.
Launched a Windows VM with 2 vCPUs.
Enabled NUMA and hotplug options in the VM settings.
When I try to increase the number of vCPUs using the edit option in the hardware...

I successfully installed OSX (BigSur and Monterey) on Proxmox v7.1-10.
I have an intel 11700K (16 cores).
I initially ran the VM with 16 cores allocated but after some time (15-30 minutes), the Mac OSX VMs freeze. I read that it's better to allocate a couple cores (2-4) for the host machine...
Hello, there are 11 vms on my Ryzen 7 5800x, how can I virtualize them in the most efficient way? Most of my users have a minecraft server. I can't have performance problems. What is your suggestion? How should I adjust settings such as processor settings?

The 2700X is an 8 core/16 thread CPU. I imagine the best way...

Example:
CT A has 4 cores and uses 2 at 100% - 50% total CPU usage
CT B has 2 cores which are shared with CT A - 100% CPU usage...
I've set up a few containers on my single-node Proxmox install, each intended to run a specific application. On a couple of them, I had initially provisioned 1 core, but noticed that usage would spike to 100%. As a result, I added some additional cores to those containers. However, I noticed...
