Just checked last nights backup: everything works fine again. Reuse rates are high, backuptimes low again. Seems to have fixed itself. At least for me. Nevertheless, thank you very much for investigating this problem.

I did this over the weekend. Problem still persists. I can even recreate the problem with a newly created container. I just deploy it, power it down, make two backups. The second backup shows the same behaviour, as any other powered off container. edit: Typos
