    when i updated to version 7 of proxmox the MAC address changed. I updated my router with the new BIND IP TO MAC details and rebooted the NODE. Problem solved.

    If I need to come back to this - here is the solution. On the new node you need to add the network that ceph uses I.e. 10.10.10.8 Even if you have got the timeout and it says completed just add the network and reboot the node problem solved
