I have looked into importing a vmdk file via CLI but, its a bit longwinded and slow. I think it would improve Proxmox to have vmdk as an option along side ISO in the GUI. Because, vmdk are very widely used in both type 1 and 2 hypervisors, and having a quicker method of importing them would help.

During VM creation you are currently only able to use an ISO to create a VM, can you please add the option to use a vmdk file instead. Thanks
