Unfortunately this night the problem has come up again. some news?

Thank you as always for the answer. The NAS has raid5 with cache and 16x146 sas 15k. Changing the vzdump.conf file with a ionice=2 and bwlimit=50000 in the last two days the problem seems to be resolved. I will keep in touch. Thank you, Augusto.
