Yes I installed xserver-xorg-video-intel. I also installed libdrm-intel1. I tried the stable one and the one from testing, without results. But thanks for the help, don't really know what to do. Strange that everything works fine with kernel 3.16 and breaks with 4+.

Yes! Sorry my bad. I just posted this on an other forum and completely forgot to post the hardware here. I'm using an Intel Celeron 847 (sandy bridge) Edit: tested it on 2 different screens, both had the same problem and this problem does not occur with other hardware.
