    You should have address 193.107.91.45/22 (without netmask) or address 193.107.91.45 netmask 255.255.255.255.0 Classless Inter-Domain Routing already determines what the mask is.

    Change to nameserver 8.8.8.8 nameserver 8.8.4.4 or nameserver 1.1.1.1 nameserver 1.0.0.1 and see if it works.
