Below is a snapshot of the log of one VM (#101). I rebooted the node twice, in both cases I don't see a shutdown command.

At the moment I'm updating Proxmox nodes. The restart of the first node went fine. A 'shutdown' command was sent to all VM's. Today I rebooted another node. I noticed that the VM's are not shutdown properly. In the Task History the shutdown task per VM is missing as you can see in the image...
