    generic install of linux headers

Hello, I know I can manually install all the headers I want. But is there a way that with each new kernel to be installed I get the appropriate headers package too? This would be quite useful for automatically building kernel modules with dkms.. Thanks ;)

    activation of san lvs impossible

Thanks for the reply. I went on vacation, but don't want to leave the thread as is.. I think I had my lvm.conf a little misconfigured, as I got a message about duplicate entries for my san device, when doing something like "vgs". I was still able to create lvs with lvcreate --zero n -l 2 -n...

qcow2 template, clone to LVM - possible?

Survey: Do you use KVM or OpenVZ, or both?

I couldn't find any documentation, how to implement HA for OpenVZ with a SAN. Can you provide a link or some more information? Doesnt Live-Migration mean no downtime ideally? Atm I use both, though KVM is the only choice for HA here, atleast I was not able to setup everything up, so I could use...

    Fencing with drac6 (firewalled)

Thanks, thats what I thought and read. I hoped I overlooked something though. Making changes to the firewall in that regard is out of the question. Maybe I get to atleast circumvent the issue by using ipv6.

    Fencing with drac6 (firewalled)

Hi, so far I have setup everything for HA except fencing on my Two-Node-Cluster. The wiki mentions, that the Proxmox hosts need ssh access to the cards. The IPs (v4) assigned to the dracs are in a protected network though and thus the controllers arent accessible this way. The IPs are also in...
