Alle Versuche, das weiter zu untersuchen, liefen ins Leere. Die Festplatten sind auch OK. Ein Reboot mit fsck hat das Problem gelöst. Es scheint einen Fehler am fs gegeben zu haben. War das erste Vorkommnis dieser Art, und ist seit dem Reboot auch nicht mehr aufgetreten.

Ja werde ich tun. Ich schau mal, ob ich den CT reproduzierbar dann wieder in den Stand bekomme. Würde ich sogar meinen, weil ich alle CTs bisher immer nur identisch angelegt habe. Ubuntu 19.10 konnte ich unter 5.x aber nicht nutzen, da gabs wohl ein Problem mit dem Kernel. Ab 6.x scheint das...

Wenn der CT läuft, verschwinden nach kurzer Zeit wieder die Symbole.

Der CT ist ganz normal erzeugt worden wie die anderen auch, oben rechts "Create CT" und dann alle Einstellungen auf default belassen und als Template das aktuelle Ubuntu 19.10 ausgewählt.

Erneutes Starten sagt unten im Tasks log: "OK" und oben auf dem CT auf der Summary-Seite kommt wieder "can't open '/sys/fs/cgroup/blkio/lxc/105/ns/blkio.throttle.io_service_bytes' - No such file or directory (500)"

Nach dem Stoppen des CT sind alle Symbole an den anderen CT wieder da!!

Wie soll ich den CT am besten stoppen? Über die Oberfläche steht nur die Option "Start" zur Verfügung (obwohl er läuft). Die Ausgabe des find commands ist zu lange, um sie hier posten zu können. Ich habe sie hier bei pastebin abgelegt: https://pastebin.pl/view/90a36f17

There are bugs fixed between 2.6.24 and 2.6.26. For me 2.6.24 does not work at all (IBM x-Series Servers x3850), so Proxmox with 2.6.24 does not work at all - while OpenVZ does work very well with 2.6.26.

I think at least for 2.6.26 there is the possibility to use OpenVZ (it's included in Lenny)

There is an option missing in the survey: Isn't there the possibility to go with a newer kernel (not always the latest one) but keep OpenVZ Support?

To have two kernel branches is a bad idea because of binding too much developing and especially test ressources. For me OpenVZ support is essential because OS container virtualization has the best performance and is the main reason to use proxmox. ...Com'on OpenVZ guys get your work done! :)

Is this a pve-kernel to use with proxmox? Can you make that one available to the community together with the other pve-*.deb packages you compiled? regards Andreas
