The hard drive had another system installed. Apparently for some unknown reason this was causing the problem. After formatting the hard drive and leaving it at 0.
Pbs installed without further problems.
In this way, only the VMs created in proxmox will go through Pfsense, the physical machines will NOT. Where do I connect the switch of the lam???
Any tutorial to passthrough and assign the 3 physical interfaces to the pfsense VM??
Let me clarify if this server (proxmox) has 4 physical interfaces. eth1 eth2 eth3 eth4.
Eth1 is the NIC through which I manage pfsense, eth2 would be the WAN where my router is connected. eth3 would be the lam where I connect the switch (where the physical machines will connect to the LAN) and...
I have the need to virtualize a pfsense in proxmox.
Pfsense will carry 3 network interfaces wan, lan dmz.
Some guide on how to assign 3 physical interfaces to a VM using nic passthrough. I have no idea how to accomplish this task.
The bond0 port is not assigned to any machine. The network will communicate with the iSCSI server to provide the storage.
It's already solved by marking the hash policy as layer 2+3.
I have no idea why this is so, but it solved my problem. :)
Manually removing the bond0 in /etc/network/interfaces and restarting the network service everything is back to normal.
How should I create the bond so as not to suffer this inconvenience? :(
Apparently creating a bond in proxmox is not as trivial a task as it seems.
What am I doing wrong?
I have proxmox 7.1-2 installed on a dell powerge R710.
I create a bond with two of the network interfaces and register it on the switch. Until here everything of the most trivial...
After restarting the server I see that all the network cards are inactive. I try to bring up the network service...
