Latest Proxmox update (8.2.2) renamed network interfaces
Same thing here, luckily it was not on a production system, there has to be a way around this update issue- rkb405

Proxmox 7 install fails at 3%
I had an install do this yesterday, I aborted the first run. Then ran it again and just left it alone. It hung on 3% for a while, but eventually went through. This was on a dell r240, 2 drives in raid 1 bios array. Figured that had something to do with it.- rkb405
