    You should be able to just set the IP and NIC over to the PFSense LAN side as well as point the gateway of proxmox to the LAN IP of PFSense. Might need a reboot of proxmox host to take.

    What backend are you using to for the NFS share? I have truenas core (may move to scale soon) and not sure if it is supporting NFSv4.1 or just 4.0 I'd like to set it to 4.1 or 4.2 if possible.

    The subnet needs to be different on both the NAS and Host, which you probably already knew. Before you changed the subnet to 10.77.10.0/24 it was connecting to the NAS over the 1Gb line every time so when you changed subnets it didn't make it worse, it made it run over the correct NIC.
