Hello,
I have a backup plan in which it's Backing up 3 VM from the same PVE to PBS.
One them fails see bellow message details:
"
Download
INFO: starting new backup job: vzdump 1002 --all 0 --storage PBS --prune-backups 'keep-last=30' --node dw-srv-p4 --mode snapshot --mailnotification failure...
I only see 1 disk by it's ID:
this command the error message is different since I have wiped the disk within thi command "wipefs -af /dev/sdb3"
previuosly it said "attach" can't be done you need to correct it manaualy something like that.
this when I don't do it right I think :https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#chapter_zfs
are thoes steps are involved in the process ? if yes in which order I should apply them?
I really appriciate your help and support :( sorry to bother you guys that much
the real one is on dw-srv-p4 , but drws is the test VM I am doing test on it however they should exeactly the same if I am not mistake!
the only differnce one a VM and the other one is a physical server
how did you know it's a "strip"? so that I can share the same thing about on my server. however I know my rpool is not mirror and that is I opened this thread to know to make it mirror?
I just posted my real server disks, could you please let me know then what is your recomendation, is that process will alow me to make the disks mirror or not?
Here are my reall disks on the physical machine/ server:
1. If I remove the 2nd disk by it's ID zpool remove rpool /dev/disk/by-id/
2. Format the disk
3. Attahc the disk with "zpool attach -f rpool /dev/sdi3 /dev/sdj3" "or I should again use by ID ...part3?"
