How would I check?

Thank you for letting me know about swap. I did some research and found out my VM has been swapping when memory reached 60% usage. I have decreased it to 0% and its working now. EDIT: Nvm still getting the lag but not as much. CPU is still spiking.

I dont have any VMs running but one of them is a portainer VM with 4gb ram ballooning enabled. I do see my overwall swap being used @ 12% average.

So my initial goal for a proxmox server is to run multiple VMs displaying one of the VMs(ZorinOS installed) to my physical monitor through a gpu passthrough. Everything was working until I started to get lag spikes every 2-5 seconds. I checked my performance and inside the VM I see a CPU spike...
