Backup Slow Listings

Virtual Machines Freeze
SO I have Windows 2019 and Windows 10 running on a Scsi drive in proxmox. I reboot and everything is fine. Once Proxmox backup runs and the machine reboots the machine will sit on a black screen until you go to the virtual and choose shutdown. Stagger Backups?
So I have 9 Physical servers in a pve cluster with about 30 virtual machines running between the physicals. I have one backup job that is set up to back up all virtual machines.
