I have an install of proxmox running.. from the command prompt I ran apt-get update and apt-get upgrade.. now I went ot create my first VM. I'm using a kubuntu iso image. It seems to run.. but I get some java error trying to view it when I click on VNC. "open VNC console". My web browser...

I thought I'd try installing proxmox. I downloaded the iso and burned to a disc. (dvd) The disc performs the initial boot. then never goes further. it just hangs. any suggestions? I'm using AMD tri cpu on a gigabyte motherboard with built in ATI video.
