Thank you tom, however SSD's are much more expensive. And the company where I buy these from usually sell 2x480 gb in softraid automatically configured. I am trying to find a solution to use these cheaper disks and not have IO delay.

That was my suspicion, but I needed to be absolute sure. So there is no "heal" for this at all ? I`m trying not to replace with SSD... how about 3 x disks ? Or ZFS would help ? Appreciate it.

Well the VM config is as the docs say, nothing changed or special. However no way to properly boot the images. Tried all sorts of Ubuntu and even CentOS, it's always the same message. I will add however, that if you leave it for like 5-10 minutes it will boot eventually... but that is not...

Resolved the HA set for every new VM launched, however I still cannot figure out the Firewall for the "Datacenter".

Also... another question would be, if possible to enable HA for each new VM added as currently I see that you must select manually HA for each VM...
