How does the PVE host itself have a static IP address? Anyway, each to his own. I would try what I have suggested. Do as you wish. The logic behind my thinking is, that the time/limits taken for that DHCP to be allocated on LXC startup is affecting that TrueNAS bind mountpoint share.
