    Hilfe bei der Einrichtung

Das liegt daran, dass /etc/pve ein via Fuse gemountetes Filesystem ist, welches keine Symlinks von ausserhalb unterstützt.

Very high load at end of restore proxmox 4.3

Yes, but not with such a big impact to the whole system. Must have something to do with LVM thin, because with qcow2 this does not occur. We're seeing extremly high write IOPS (up to 50k/sec on SSD, see attached image - this was only the import of a small 50G VM from VMA to LVM thin!) when...

    VM blocked due to hung_task_timeout_secs

Is this only during backups? We're experiencing similar problems, see https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/vzdump-on-nfs-slows-live-vm-down.30439/

    Automatic node evacuation

It waits 60s afaik, you could use "migrate all VMs and containers" from the panel before rebooting to avoid that.

    CentOS7/NetworkManager: Too many netlink events

We have the same msg on our servers, but it never caused any problems. It's logged as <info>, so no problem at all :)

    VM blocked due to hung_task_timeout_secs

Are you still on PVE 3.x, or 4.x?

    Incremental backups & Ceph?

This has nothing to do with the OS, the backup works on the RBD layer (ceph). Its more like a snapshot of the virtual disk.

Vzdump on NFS slows live VM down

We observed a strange issue, when using scheduled backups with vzdump (from local ssd storage, snapshot, lzo). It seems when the NFS storage is under heavy network load or the uplink to the NFS node is "full", vzdump blocks the running VM to death. We can see lots of "[sda] abort" messages...

    Incremental backups & Ceph?

Thanks! We'll have a look into that. The main problem here is that you need a working ceph cluster to restore ;) Thats the biggest benefit of PVEs VMA backups, they can be restored an any other PVE machine even with local storage (if the ceph cluster is completely destroyed i.e. what hopefully...

    Insecure migration settings

Okay, these version seems not (yet) to be in the enterprise repo, right?

    Insecure migration settings

PS: Same here: Old setting "migration_unsecure" still works, the "new" format not. pve-manager/4.3-9/f7c6f0cd (running kernel: 4.4.19-1-pve) root@hav101:/etc/pve# pveversion -v proxmox-ve: 4.3-71 (running kernel: 4.4.19-1-pve) pve-manager: 4.3-9 (running version: 4.3-9/f7c6f0cd)...

What does "insecure" instead of SSH? Simply netcat?

    drbdmanage license change

Strange step from DRBD, since they're listing proxmox as partner on http://www.drbd.org/en/comp/drbdmanage ?!?

Yes, sounds good! But @morph027 's idea is also good could and can be an useful addition, too.

Request: Please remove required email field from installer

Thanks, good to know to be not the only one ;-) Yes, that sounds like a good idea, but I dont know if it's possible to patch the PVE installer to support this.

HTML5 is hopefully on HPE's agenda, Dell also uses HTML5 since a while afaik.

Yep, we're using "ipmiview20" with Java 1.6 for this on MacOS: http://www.supermicro.com/solutions/SMS_IPMI.cfm And yes, thats the ultimate pain :D @tom Thank, we'll have a look at this.

Request: Please remove required email field from installer

Nope, there is nothing wrong. As i said we're getting mails from backup for expample. Well, I dont think HP Enterprise will provide a software keyboard because PVE needs an "@" sign and MacOS emulates the keys so bad when using Java KVM ;-) Have you ever seen any other distro requiring an...

Request: Please remove required email field from installer

Nope, in HP iLO there is no virtual keyboard :( Supermicro provides one, thats right. To be honest, we have dozens of PVE servers running and never got a single email to the forwarded account. Which kind of mails do you send here? The only mail we ever got from PVE is the backup notification...
