I have a similar situation as well, this is what I have learned so far, First off try to to shrink your 2X500 GB to lowest size ideally lesser than 250GB Next use clonezilla to clone hdd to ssd with option enabled to ignore size check. That should do it if not check boot flag and uuid.

I have a 4 node ceph cluster, on each node I see this consistently, The LVM under Disks shows its 97% used, should I be worried, should I increase this space, will it effect my data, can I resize it in production. I do not keep any disk or iso locally, all is stored on rbd and nfs. ~# pvs PV...

I try whatever is available in GUI, I have no idea how rdb export is done.

VM does a lot of I/O on the disk, I did turn it off for backup and it did not help much.

This is hard to narrow down, could it be bottle neck on network, I am myself seeing a similar issue on a 4 node cluster with ceph , turning off VMs or moving to other nodes helped but did not eliminated it completely. Still working on figuring it out, will post an update if I find something useful.

So you don't have any routing devices in front of Proxmox ? You can just assign a public IP to vmbr0 and access it directly.

So your proxmox servers are up and they can reach internet ? The VM that you created is not able to get IP and reach internet ?

do you have a dhcp handing out the address ?

It all depends on the NIC that you use. If all VMS use a NIC that can talk to each other that should do it. I have vmbr1 in my setup and vmbr1 of each node connects to same switch

Any IP that you use on vmbr0 can be used to access Proxmox. If NATTED redirect port 8006 to that IP.
