If there is no way to reduce the Raiz-1 volume, would it work to just, power down the server, use dd to clone the drives to larger disks, and then power up the server with the 2 new disks?

Hello. We currently a NFS share that hosts backup and 2 VM disks. Is it possible to change this live? From /mnt/arrayb to /mnt/arrayb/proxmox Alternatively i could transfer the 2 vm disks to CEPH-SSD storage, remove the NFS, and then add it again. Thanks.
