Hi, I have same issue in a Lenovo SR850 with both a Broadcom 57414 10/25GbE SFP28 2-port and Broadcom NX-E PCIe 10Gb 2-Port Base-T. I have just flashed the firmware to the latest 227ver, but still no luck in connecting. Proxmox is latest 8.2.2 all updates applied.

I got sorted with the help of a friend who SSH into it. It appears that I installed a version of debian over the proxmox. He was able to reinstall Proxmox while keeping all settings and VM's. Back up and running in 20min.

Yes I have been using Synology for lat 2 years now with great success. I have them on about 20 sites. on a DS116 I can backup 1.1TB in just under 5 hours. Only Synology that don't work with proxmox is the DS1115e, because it dose not have NFS. Some useful info here on how to set it up...

Latest is the server is still not running reliably, IBM have replaced a Mid section board in the server and now they are coming to replace fans in one of the books, as the DSA report shows overheating. It looks like it was a hardware issue all along.
