Hi, No, I'm saying that this is my opinion. A lot of people do this how you wanted to do (and there is nothing wrong with that). PVE does not have an UI for that sadly. The SSD will wear out very fast, PVE does a lot of small writes wich will kill the SSD (belive me, I've tried...)

You can (and a lot of people do) but I personally don't get it. I'd rather have PVE use the disks directrly. That beeing said, you can pass through the HBA and the disks. There even is (at least one) topic on how to do this with the gen8 microserver in this forum which would help you do this...

I guess pve_zsync should also work on the host itself

Is it 1.66Gib in the PVE webui or in the LXC (via df)? Do you have enough space on the datastore?

I would not risk it. Better shut down the nodes before. If it's a normal switch I imagine getting a service windows should not be too hard..

Nein. Ich konnte im von Tom verlinkter Referenzdoku auch nicht finden, dass man in den configdateien etwas ändern sollte. Bei mir hat das löschen von nodes immer einfach so funktioniert. Was hast du gemacht, damit der node aus dem Cluster entfernt wird?

Wie im Handbuch? Das habe ich nicht gelesen. Die wiki sagt aber was anderes: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Cluster_Manager Wo und in welchem Handbuch steht das denn anders? Dann müsste das angepasst werden.
