Are you using the latest BIOS and Firmware on it? We've seen sporadic hangs with older firmwares on FTS devices, but could fix all of them with recent upgrades....

Unfortunately the logs have been not stored, so we currently don't have any further details :confused: So we'll adjust the log retention and try to have more information available when it crashes the next time...
