Yes we can keep the VM running but this is not the question of the thread. I solution for the sleep would be very appreciated. As mentioned before i am happy to help if possible.

I actually migrated from PM5 to PM6 and it stopped working from this moment. I played a lot with the different Power & Sleep settings but could not find a solution. Even created a fresh W10 install, but didn`t work.

I don`t have. I am happy o help/ contribute with logs or try-and-error but i don't have any further ideas on my own.

I retried the steps on afresh install and now it is working. I still get the error messages but "/dev/dri " contains now the devices. I wonder if we will get "full" passtrough someday..

The "Sleep" that comes with windows using the start menu or if not used the W10 energy plan started this state by itself. Afaik ist is technically "suspend to ram". I was able to restart the VM using the WI or this function...
