I found it. So i needed to enter in lsi config, and then set the adapter boot order (i have 2 hba's, one external and one internal). Then i had to go in the device, chose sas topology and specify the primary boot disk and the alternative boot disk. And it works :).

Im having a different problem with dl380g8 and h220. I simply cannot boot from it. Ive set the boot order and everything. Im installing proxmox on 2 drives with zfs raid1. What settings have you changed to event get it to try to boot ?

If you can install proxmox on raaspberry pi, yes ... but im not sure you can.

The first link at stackoverflow uses rpm, but thats not the point. You cannot use rpm's if using proxmox. This is on debian, and you already have all the repos needed (if you have proxmox and ceph installed). You just need to run the commands ive put in my second post in this thread. These:

Well, proxmox supports mounting external cephfs. I just did that. The only problem is that is not mounting a subdir after editing the storage.cfg file. I know i could go the way you said, that is mounting cephfs manually in a directory on all nodes, and use that as storage. So if nothing...
