Have the same issue, been struggling with it for a couple of days...
Applied the fixes, hopefully it helps - seems to happen once or twice a day.
Was convinced it was caused by ZFS, luckily that's not the issue!

I'm also using ZFS and LXC containers, i tried with "pct resize 106 rootfs 80gb" (from 200gb)
But i get: "unable to shrink disk size"
So i tried with:
zfs set quota=80G subvol-106-disk-1
zfs set refquota=80G subvol-106-disk-1
And changed "/etc/pve/nodes/server3/lxc/106.conf" to 80GB
Worked...
This suddenly started happening on Linux 4.2.8-1-pve, don't see anything in the syslog on the two containers that run Ubuntu.
What should i look for?
So far the only thing that helps is stopping klogd.
EDIT: It seems that it was an Ubuntu issue, a package upgrade helped.
So i could remove the second node.
But i can't make and changes in the admin!
unable to open file '/etc/pve/vzdump.cron.tmp.484482' - Device or resource busy (500)
Following the guides to remove a node from a cluster, i shutdown and deleted the node that was to be shutdown as per the instructions in the wiki (following the WARNING) that it should NOT ever go online again because that would mess upp the cluster.
Now i can't write to /etc/pve at all and if...
I agree with you, and i'm not that annoyed by the nag-screen, it is only once per login!
The only worry i have is that it will get limited step by step by step until it is no longer open source software but crippleware until you pay for it.
Considering the amount of time people invest in...
Hm, you may be right, because the subscription is used in a commercial context.
Another software we use is group-office and they do load all commercial modules seperate from the open source part of the system.
True, as long as you don't limit freedom.
I am not arguing that you don't follow Open source guidelines, because you do follow them.
Just wanted to add that not everyone will like the nag-screen and that it might affect sales.
I'm quite sure many open source advocates will see it the other way around. Nag-screens does not sound well in anyones ears, even for free software. Especially for someone considering what software to choose.
I don't think a nag-screen will increase the amount of subscribers, only get people pissed off. Just look at winzip...The message is quite clear though "This is commercial software . "
Running FreeNAS from USB is NOT the same as running proxmox from USB. When you load FreeNAS from the USB it will run in RAM and swap to RAM, while proxmox will swap and cache to harddrive (in this case USB) - the USB's write cycles will be worn out very quickly and the system will be slow. I...
And if i try to remove it now... well:
root@server1:/home# apt-get remove citadel-server
